The client is a leading US-based illustration company. They are a company which converts the images of clients uploaded on their website into illustrations based on the Simpsons characters.

The Requirement

The client was looking for a reliable and cost-effective illustration service provider who could help them with quick and quality illustrations. They wanted a partner who could convert the images into illustrations with the theme of the cartoon series "The Simpsons".

The Challenges

Our illustration team at Outsource2india had to face certain challenges while implementing the client's requirements. The key challenges faced by us were -

1. The client was looking to scale-up the requirement within a quick time which was a major challenge for us
2. The client expected us to deliver 50 illustrations in a day and would increase it to 100 per day in the future

The Trial

The client opted for a trial project as they wanted to compare and test the quality of illustrations provided by our team of illustrators. We assigned 3 illustrators for the trial and delivered 5 illustrations to the client as per their requirement.

Full-Term Contract

The customer was highly impressed by the quality of illustrations provided by our team during the trial project. They decided to outsource the entire project to us. We assigned 5 resources for the project and each of the resources was able to deliver 10 illustrations per day. We were delivering 50 illustrations per day to the client and the client wanted to scale up this number to 100 illustrations per day.

The client sent us the instruction guidelines via email in the PDF format. Our illustrators would log into the client's customized portal, download the images of people in JPEG format, illustrate them into the characters of "The Simpsons" using Adobe Illustrator, and the client would make the payment.
