The client had a high-volume of handwritten and digitized invoices. Many of the invoices were handwritten and illegible. The invoices consisted of Form P18 (oil and gas reports). The client needed an outsourcing partner to capture date from these invoices and key in the data onto the client's customized CRM portal.
