The client is a leading car dealer from America who was looking to make the whole experience vibrant and enjoyable for his customers. For this purpose, our client wanted a walkthrough to be created which could help his customers map the dealer's premises together. The walkthrough was to be featured on the website and digitally available to improve the entire Customer Service and bring in the element of convenience. The client came to know about O2I through our website, and expressed desire to engage with us.
The client had shot regular videos as well as drone videos of the whole premises which had to be collated together to design a walkthrough.
With four different sets of raw material - regular video footage, drone video footage, 3D modeling walkthroughs created by O2I, and still images, there were gaps in video sequences which required fillers. Outsource2india had to create 3D models and walkthroughs of fillers and integrate them together.
This meant bringing together the same look and feel through the whole walkthrough ensuring that the lighting, look, and feel blended in perfectly.
Special attention was required to ensure the perspectives were accurate right through the walkthrough. To achieve accuracy and right perspective across the walkthrough, a few backgrounds of the buildings and other elements in the video required to be recreated to achieve consistency and proportionality.
Backed by a creative and experienced team of designers, the job required stitching together four different types of footage. Those portions which were remodeled required matching of the background along with the rest of the walkthrough ensuring fresh backgrounds were created and integrated into the bigger picture. Editing these files required some intelligence in order to bring about the exact look and feel right through the walkthrough. To take it to the next level, Outsource2india had to stitch all the different pieces together and bring in a smooth flow ensuring no factual errors were visible and was as close to the original scenario as possible.
This project helped the client improve his customer relationships and bring convenience to his customers. Though there was a regular variation in pricing due to widening the scope of work, we had presented a highly competitive price and met the timelines and turnaround time very comfortably. Overall, the whole job required us to raise the bar in terms of creativity to ensure that there was consistency, smoothness and proper flow in the walkthrough.
